Well, you've read the notes, the notes were first and second when second should have been first and first should have been second, and now it is time for you to post until the first and second cows come home.

I didm’t see enough of the show to give a real opinion but I did seek out the  cabaret and Merrily numbers .

I didn’t care for the first and I very much enjoyed the second

I've read all of yesterday's posts and will ketchup with the show on the DVR today, most likely fast-forwarding through most of it.

As for last night, I was exactly where I posted I'd be yesterday morning - playing auditions. I got back in time to see the last 20 minutes or so, and crashed.

Round Two tonight, then that's it for auditions for a while! I hope. Seems like I did a lot this season. Well, a bit more than I usually do.

I'm very happy that Merrily got the nods. Too bad it couldn't have been all three of the actors. What a nice sweep that would have been.

Edit:  Not a nice sweep. A GREAT sweep.

I know little or nothing about most of the other musicals and plays involved.

I did not sleep well. I woke around 2:30, and barely slept after that. I did noid ands doze a bit. I had another Drama Book shop dream and something involving orchestration, Ted Chapin, and Bruce Coughlin, but I remember too little of that one now.

Today, I need to find the colonoscopy information I put away somewhere and call about a new prescription for the colonoscopy prep.

I was working last night so I had yet to watch the program. Probably the only way to watch it so I can fast-forward through all the long, boring acceptance, speeches, and the musical numbers that don’t fly.

I will have to have an Oscopy this fall.  (I refuse to call it a Colonoscopy, however,)  :)

It was the second most unpleasant experience I had last year.  The MRI was the first (the only good thing being that it revealed NOTHING wrong with my brain).

I found it, AFTER the fact, that I needn't have imbibed every single drop of the medicated fluid.  When the desired results turn clear, it's okay to stop drinking the foul stuff.

I had a nice Father's Day lunch with my cousins. Benjamin dominated the conversation with his thoughts and dreams and plans for medical school.  He has one more year at Wofford and must decide soon where he will go for specialized training.  I had a good meal, though, and got home in time to participate in my weekly Zoom chat.

There were only four of us, but we all had lots to say and comment upon, so it was good 2 1/2 hours of discussion.

Two of the chat-ees will be at Bruce's show tonight:  Marshall Harvey and Henry Stanny.

DR singdaw, did you think Jonathan Tunick's Tony last night was his first win? He won his first for Titanic. I think he's my only friend who's an EGOT winner.

I have yet another doctor's appointment this morning.

This time, I revisit the ENT doctor who I went to for my hearing loss.  It was he who set me on the path toward getting hearing aids.

It is also the same doctor who diagnosed polyps and put me on that massive antibiotic binge that spurred weird dreams for a couple of weeks last year.

The last time I saw him, he urged me to see a specific doctor at the VA about hearing aids.  He also told me I should see if the VA might prescribe Dupentix to help me with the polyps.  No amount of nasal sprays or pills would be as effective, he thought, as treatment from withing (i.e, injections).

As I have reported in the past, I believe, my allergist prescribed Dupentix without any prodding from me less than a month later.  The VA complied although it's a costly medication.

And now the VA has provided me with hearing aids that I think my ENT doctor (civilian, not VA) will be very pleased about.

My appoiintment's at 11 and it's basically just a follow-up to my last appointment late last year.
