Hopefully, she gets the help she needs. :-\

By the time this ends it will be longer than the trip from Athens

I have been working for five solid hours on the commentary. So frustrating. We've done almost all the songs before in one Kritzerland show or another. So, this should have been a simple cut and paste job, but nooooo, not simple at all. Why? Because the Mac spotlight search tool is junk and 99% of the time does not find the Word doc you're searching for, no matter how many different ways you search it. Oh, it's there all right, but it won't find it. So, I literally have to go through every commentary document's file name to find stuff and boy does that take a lot of time. I lost it a couple of times, it was so irritating. The good news is that despite the huge number of songs we're doing, the commentary only runs to six pages.

I did a lot of trimming to keep the patter brief for each song, but still retain the fun.

That's a roundabout route to be sure DR JOHN G.

They’ve added Denver to it.

Are you kidding??? When I saw that earlier I was going to make a silly joke that they might as well send you to Tucson while they're at it.

I made my trek to The Fresh Market where I bought apples and pears and grapes, oh, my!  Yes, I have some bananas, and a peach and a bag of Mandarin oranges.

Two pizzas:  One cheese and one supreme.

And, ahem, a chocolate chess pie.

Oh, yeah...a jar of house-made peanut butter.  Their fresh peanut butter is heaven!

And, to finish the job, a wedge of parmesan cheese.

I forgot to mention I bought one of their sammiches with a bunch of meat and cheese and lettuce and peppers on it.  That will be my supper after I toast it in my Charles Forman grill.

I stopped at The (Don't be Square, Eat at The) Triangle for lunch when I got back.  Fried chicken, green beans, mac 'n; cheese and a roll, with unsweet tea.

I had a nice afternoon chat with former DR Matt Hough, as well.  He is doing well and living in Charlotte NC where he occasionally receives blu-ray discs to review for Home Theater Forum.  He is an emeritus reviewer there, but not full-time.

There is a bit of sad news in the film music fan world:

Douglass Fake, head of Intrada Records, passed away Saturday after a long illness.  This was announced by some of his close friends today.

BK, could you save all the commentary files as PDFs and search them?

Gah! That sounds like they think you're trying to get to San Francisco instead of San Antonio!
