When I realized that it was a gloomy rainy day, I decided to sleep in with the cats. We've had a leisurely morning puttering around the apartment and a tasty breakfast for all. I've decided to put off the laundry to tomorrow and have a lazy do-nothing day.

Nice. :)

I, however, must do some laundry today.  It's been too long and I'm almost out of clean unmentionables. ::)

If you are addicted to seaweed, you should see kelp.

Here’s the link:

Thanks for the link, John!  For only $1.99 (plus tax), it's definitely worth it.

The unspeakably handsome Alain Delon has died. And the one obit I saw focused on his looks. He was a very good actor, though. But impossibly good looking.

Oh, no. :( But wow...88 years old.  Hopefully, they were 88 good years.

George, it sounds as if the storm headed up to you from here.

Yes, the news report that I posted showed it moving north.

Please, light on the whip cream for me ;)

Mom was at the hospital twice yesterday. They sent her home at 10:30 pm. She is not responsive this morning.

Back from brunch. I had biscuits & gravy, topped by over-easy eggs.

And I am home.

DR FREDDIE I went for the express purpose of seeing Deadpool & Wolverine.

I liked it - the story was a mess - but it rolled right along and hit all the expected highs, lows, and middles.

It cost me $6.....I don't buy movie house treats.

I thought the sound system had a glitch, but about 3/4's of the way through the movie, I realized it was the guy sitting behind me crunching M&Ms very slowly - all the way through the moooooooooooovvvvviiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
