Our first real fall weather started yesterday, temperature- and breeze-wise, and talk about a breath of fresh air!

Summer's not over yet (I'm not wishing for that to happen too soon), but we get these few days of relief before the temperature goes back up by the end of the week. It's not going to the extremes, just back to the low 80s or thereabouts, and that'll be fine.

And the show is blocked!   Or did I say that last night?

Tonight I am working in the box office for the Rotten show and then staying to clean up the house afterwards.

I shall not be home until after midnight.

Just got a phone call from the insurance company that the MRI is still denied and the doctor is still not complying with their rules. O joy.

I just watched Laura Benani tear down Melania Trump on last night's show with Stephen Colbert. She, Alec Baldwin, and Randy Rainbow all deserve sainthood for getting us through eight years of the Fat Orange Slug's Reign of Terror.

At least they're calling. I always had to wait for postal turn-downs. Do you need to see a different doctor?

I don't understand. How many weeks or months has it been since you were first recommended for an MRI? And then this keeps happening. How does one blow the whistle, and on whom, when something like this repeatedly fails?

One time (quite a few years ago), I had two different kinds of slip-on Skechers sneakers and I didn't pay attention to what I was doing, and I actually went to work wearing two different kinds of shoes!  They weren't even the same color! :))

I have to follow the instructions of a doctor who will actually follow the insurance company’s procedures. It then takes six weeks of following those instructions.
