DR Elmore, if it was the Mexican food that gave you the upset it’s probably just one item that did so. Try to isolate which it is, then you can eat the rest and not have to give up your beloved cuisine.

We are going through the change of seasons. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is stressful for the body, causing us to feel more fatigued and perhaps a bit off. I certainly do. Me days are in order.

The plumber arrived yesterday, after much ado, and fixed my toilet. It fell into that category of things that somehow required far more effort than it should have.
