We watched the first episode of the Kathy Bates - Beau Bridges MATLOCK, which seemed like a very comfortable, silver citizen type of thing to watch on a Saturday night.

MATLOCK SPOILER

The twist at the end of the first episode was quite a startler for what seemed like the expected very comfortable procedural TV show up to that point.

I think I said four years ago that Election Day is like a colonoscopy: I want to get it over with, but I'm kind of afraid of the results.
