It is 68 degrees heading for 70 degrees.  And it is raining.  The rain is supposed to sotp about 4 p.m.

We don't get any T/T here.....so i shall keep reading a book tonight.

Yesterday I read Riley Keogh's book about her mother and her family.  I can only recommend it to the most diehard Elvis fans.....and then not 100%.

I am either having an allergy attack OR have developed a head cold.

This last day of the month business has grown very worrying!

Why do these months just WHIZ by?

Next month will be a busy one for me, medically.  I have various appointments, including with a colonoscopy doctor, and also my much-needed, long-delayed cataract surgery (right eye first).

The left eye will be dealt with December 13th.

Hopefully, that will be the last of anything drastic in my life for the remainder of the year (a colonoscopy is most likely in early December).

There is Trick or Treating here, but I'm on a small street that branches off from another street. I don't usually get many folks here. But the main road (where I lived as a kid) probably gets a lot.

I saw something on Facebook about putting potatoes out along with the candy, and lots of kids take them. I have never heard of this.
