Anyway, the city of Olympia used to have glass recycling pick-up, and at the WCPA, we'd put the glass bottles in bins so that they could be picked up for recycling.

Well, last year (or maybe the year before), the city decided that it wasn't going to pick up glass recycling anymore, that glass can just go in the garbage.

Here in Tumwater we still have glass pick-up, and there's a glass recycling bin outside the back of my condo, so I took two boxes (and one extra bottle) so that I could put them in my glass recycling bin and they wouldn't just go to garbage.
