Instead of bread crumbs in the meat loaf, my mother always used saltine crackers.

I use an 8 ounce bag of TGIF cheddar/bacon potato skin chips crushed to a pulp.  I used ketchup in the mixing bowl, some DICED green pepper, and some diced onion.  I don't use any other seasoning.

And since I am OFF potatoes, I add a drained can of corn kernels to bake with the loaf.

And when it comes out of the oven, I add a ketchup glaze to the top.

Pretty sure the Daily Grill is still at the Marriott across from the Burbank Airport.

I'm glad some are still around.

Yep, still there, but with no delivery services.

Too bad you can't get it delivered.

DR Rodzinski do your children read the Dog Man books, or any of the other graphic novels by Dav Pilkey?

Jean Renoir’s films are excellent. I had started watching his complete works a few years back. I need to finish that project.

Had salad number one - these are pre-made and pretty good. I used my Good Seasons dressing rather than the tiny thing they included. Total calorie count - 350. So far, so good.

Jrand and Elmore are both 14 posts away from round new millstones.

What are the odds of this happening - is this as unlikely as winning the lottery?

There are two French films based on the same Georges Simenon novel, Panique and Monsieur Hire. Both are very different and both are wonderful. And with their tonal differences, both are faithful to the original.

As I am currently trying to learn French, I need to start watching these movies.

Yes, you should.

I found a bag of microwave popcorn and prepared it.

Now I remember why I don't like microwave popcorn.

It tastes electrocuted......

......and now I will never be able to unsee it.

That audio has been around for quite a while, but the lip synching video of it I had not seen before, either.

I Want to Eat Your Eyes Without a Face doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

We've got some precipitating going on, but (at least so far) it's not as dire as they were predicting.

We haven't had any measurable precipitating since August.

We have a microwave popper that pops our popcorn and is much better than bagged microwave popcorn.

Watching Hundreds of Beavers.  It is hilarious. An almost silent movie with the right amount of silliness to it.
