Since the original Nosferatu was an unauthorized copyright violation of Dracula, and certain;ly better than the Hamilton Deane play and movie with Bela Lugosi, I've never figured the reason for the remakes. Why not just do a good version of Dracula, which still remains one of the most terrifying books I've ever read. The best version I've seen is the 1970s BBC version woithj Louis Jourdan as the Count.

DR Rodzinski, most of my mother's family made constant references to Fibber McGee's closet.

Back from the school, after some hellish traffic getting there. We must now officially be in Holiday HELL, traffic-wise. Words to the wise.

DR Elmore's iTunes HELL sounds awful, and these problems don't even make sense from the get-go.

Being a late Apple adopter, I never learned anything about iTunes except that I used to hear people complain about it, even back when it was all the rage.

But this situation with things - and SECTIONS of things - disappearing is, in a word, outrageous.

Why not just do a good version of Dracula, which still remains one of the most terrifying books I've ever read. The best version I've seen is the 1970s BBC version woithj Louis Jourdan as the Count.

The dialogue and even the action in the Deane play (and the Universal film) are so stilted, it's ridiculous. Not to put down a universally (see what I did there?) beloved classic film, but some stretches of it can be a chore.

I've never seen that BBC version. Must seek it out.

I can appreciate the original Nosferatu, but I really like Herzog's remake. I also liked the somewhat crazy Shadow of the Vampire with Malkovich and Dafoe, but I'm long overdue for another look at that to see what I think now.

iTunes at some point didn’t really want you having your own non-iTunes-purchased music, so their support for that was half-assed and allowed for things like disappearing albums.

Slept poorly. Had a weird dream in which I was outside a post office and somehow managed to open an old-fashioned stamp machine with a ton of money in it. I went in to the post office and was second in line. Then they started using numbers to call customers. None of us had numbers, so we all went looking for them. When the ticket machine was found, an obnoxious girl ran over to grab a number. I was very rude to her and them immediately apologized, but when I finally got to my turn, the post office clerk said I should have alerted them immediately. Anyway, The person I asked to safeguard the machine later told me they had stolen from it and tried to give me some of the money. I refused.
