My friend Carol worked with "the lovely Linda Lavin," as she was known, on a production of Milk and Honey that also featured original star Molly Picon. Everyone loved Linda, Carol said.

There was also a live goat in the cast that apparently needed to be milked regularly.

Guess I'll mosey on over to the mail place. Thinking about saving shopping for tomorrow. In fact, I could save everything for tomorrow and just stay home today. One of the important envelopes is there - the other one may arrive tomorrow and I may as well get both at the same time. The first Woody Allen film I saw was a third bill at a drive in.....What's Up, Tiger Lily?

It really made me laugh. I had seen him a couple of times on Ed Sullivan and was not a particular fan of his stand up.
