Back from the dentist - newly crowned - it's good to have a crown. And for the first time in five YEARS I'll be able to chew on both sides of the mouth.
He only gave me half a dose so it shouldn't be too too long.
I think for food I'll do something on the soft side for my first meal with the new crown - maybe some pasta or something like that.
I found some pita bread that is lower in carbs than the low-carb bread -- and much less expensive. So I'm looking forward to ham chunks and cheese slices and pita crackers tonight.
Went to the mail place and picked up two important envelopes and a little package.
