I had hoped to go over to Trader Joe’s today because the cupboard is getting bare, but no can do. I can’t seem to get warm. I had to cancel tomorrow’s acupuncture appointment, too. While bk is casting “Drat! The Cat!” I’m mumbling, “Drat! This bug!”

Like others dealing with health stuff, I am trying to fend off a chronic heartburn issue that I have not had to deal with in over a year. Hope to defeat it before it gets bad. One thing that helps is chewing my food more slowly.

Waiting four hours after eating before lying down.  If not four, at least three.

Just finished The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes. I just realized I have seen it before, but totally forgot it.

It’s a sweet movie, a bit out of place for the time it was made. But so what? It’s a period comedy. Not the Vietnam War.

There’s 50 minutes of deleted scenes. Apparently, the film was originally meant yo be three ir four cases, two of which were cut.
