My friend's Paddington Bear fridge magnets fell and broke, so she now refers to them as her Henry VIII / Anne Boleyn magnets.

Rodzinski, Wikipedia says this about Peter Allen's involvement in co-writing "Arthur's Theme"

"The line in the chorus 'When you get caught between the moon and New York City' was taken from an unreleased song written by [Peter] Allen and [Carole] Bayer Sager.  Allen came up with the line while his plane was in a holding pattern during a night arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport."

Definitely the key line of the song.

Funny. We have a headless Winnie the Pooh magnet on our fridge.

I've been lazying (or is it just lazing?) about all morning. Felt good.

But now I must snap into action.

Well, some action. Not too much action. Let's not overdo it. Mustn't get carried away.

DR ChasSmith - modern technology may have progressed to the point where you can phone it in without leaving home!

What a wonderful breakthrough!

Yesterday I had my 3-month follow-up with the radiation oncologist.  She was pleased with my progress and OK’d a visit to my hairdresser.  Won’t Tina be surprised?

Wonderful!  I hope your hairdresser will help you feel better about your hair.

I received a text last night from my Discover Card provider asking about a transaction they had denied in or to Mediapolis.  I said no I had not made it.....

So I had to call and cancel the card and a new one is on the way....in 14 days.

The only time I had used my card was in the Bradford Exchange mix up from last week.  I think it is more than a coincidence that one week after I canceled my membership in that shady company that my card was compromised.

Avoid Bradford Exchange.

Yikes! :o
