Yesterday because we live where we live, it helps to schedule the entire family dental appointment at the same time. Not a cavity in the family, I’m happy to report.

I on the other hand do not know how to swim....my only hope will be to sink to the bottom and run as fast as I can for shore.

I wondered as much since you asked the question.  I don't know how old Bruce or DR Jeanne were when they learned. I still remember being thrown into the pool when I was a toddler at my first swim lesson.  I am sure by then I was used to being in the water and just started swimming.

My cousin that is the same age was traumatized by the same method.  Still he swam and was a good swimmer.  I wondered if the difference was my having older siblings while he was the oldest.

Wednesday afternoon greetings!

My mood is becoming somewhat lightened since we head off to see Vixter Vixhubby and Vixson this week.

Time with grands is the BEST antidote!  We saw nothing live on TV Monday, because we’re at Charlotte and Hannah’s and they (and their Mom) had the day off (for MLK, not you-know-who).  We played with the belated Christmas presents we brought and they watched videos of another DT (Daniel Tiger) on Grandad’s iPad.

Mary Linda left late Monday afternoon for a work trip so we’ve learned the drop-off and pick-up routines at one daycare and the pick-up at the other.  That really helps Rob get in full work days.

Momma’s car stayed here, so we’re using it for the transports.  It’s the next bigger Buick from mine, which we drove up here, so Richard is pretty comfortable driving it.
