We got a lovely preview article for La sonnambula today in San Francisco Classical Voice:

https://www.sfcv.org/articles/music-news/west-bay-opera-vibrant-and-awake-bellinis-la-sonnambula

My wife is in the center of the top photo, and I'm on the left of the bottom photo.

Is that you with the beard?

I am not DR MichaelG, but perhaps I will play him on TV someday.

You need to go to the last of the photos, near the bottom of the page. (Am I right, sir? Am I right?)

In breaking news, I have decided NOT to go see Gaslight tonight.

If it were some movie I'm absolutely dying to see, then yes, of course I would. But I'm sick of the cold nights (it's not even groundhog day yet), and tonight I can do without the cold and the 45-minute drive each way. It's a PERFECT night for staying in, eating some kind of comfort food, sinking into the movie-watching couch, and enjoying something right here.

DR George I am sorry that your mother has to go in to rehab. Vibes wherever she goes is nice.

Thanks, Jane.

DR Freddie, if published I will read your father's book.

Thank you, Jane!

I already hit a roadblock.  My eyes are exceptionally bad today and it is hard for me to read the link you put up.

I guess it's not that easy to read that pdf on some computers.

But I'm very glad to have his remembrances up on that site.

It is my eyes vs the pdf.

The radiation oncologist at Hopkins is wonderful.

I will begin treatment here in Baltimore in a few weeks.

Decided against Sedona for several reasons, including wanting to be close when my future grandson decides to make his appearance, probably the end of March.

Hi DR Iris.  How was your appointment with the oncologist?

Hi Jane!

She was fantastic. Spent a long time going over every detail, and has a very positive attitude. It’s a good team, for which I am grateful.

Jane, I hope you get good news from your brother.

My friend’s brother is now allowed back, but there is arsenic contamination in the water from the fires. He will continue to stay in a hotel while everything gets cleaned and repainted. Quite a mess, but he is very thankful that his house is standing.

No, I'm the guy holding the lute. Facial hair was optional for this show.
