I've started Soundtrack to a Coup d'Etat, which is up for the Oscar for best documentary. It won't win, but it is awfully good.

Gene Pitney's Greatest Hits....Teresa Brewer Songs Everybody Knows.....and a stereo LP of the OBC of MAME with Miss Angela Lansbury [my LP copy is MONO] - and tucked inside the LP a copy of the sheet music for the title tune. Worth $1.49 to be sure. And a list of Vocal Selections Books Now Available!

The first book listed.....DRAT! THE CAT!

She worked for Chelsea Music until she married and moved to Oregon. We are Facebook friends, but my last memory of seeing her was around 1987, when I last saw Mathilde Pincus at Chelsea Music. So much of her work at Chelsea was for John McGlinn projects. John told Mathilde he didn't want anyone doing his P/Cs but Christine.

Back from a nice lunch with our choreographer. We have our plan and it should all work well. Certain numbers I'll at least get on their feet and sketch out and then she comes and makes it better.

On the way back from one of our outings during our stay in Oaxaca we stopped at an outdoor restaurant for lunch. We had delicious guacamole with delicious fresh chips, and cubes of the best Oaxaca cheese.

I don’t think I have ever had spicy guacamole. Even with peppers, everything seems creamy to me.
