What, if anything, are DRs doing to cope with all the very, very bad news out of Washington?

Screaming at the TV?
Calling/ emailing your various senators and representatives?
Donating to political organizations?

I ask because some people I’ve talked to think there’s nothing than can be done. Or they think that nothing is being done. At a minimum I would think that most of us need to exercise maximums stress reduction skills. Aside from some cursing what you doing?

I don't actually know what to do. Fortunately my politicians feel as I do so I don't need to write them. I am not following all of the stories which is almost impossible to do. Keith & I discuss some of it. I'm just trying to stay calm for my health.
