That chain started in San Antonio by Phil Romano, who also started Romano's Macaroni Grill.

It was fun to do smaller scenes tonight. The first of them, which follows the opening number, is very funny and we came up with some good stuff for it. In lieu of the way I was feeling, it was a good tonic.
