TOD: I love a great Philadelphia roast pork sandwich, with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. We used to have a place near the Giants ballpark that did a great version but they closed many years ago. One of our local delis has a lovely oven roasted turkey sandwich "Italian style" with artichoke hearts and other fun things. But please, oil and vinegar for dressing, not mayo. Mayo is for sandwiches, not subs / grinders / heros.
