DR vixmom, I love Judy Collins! Around 2003 or 2004, when I left Barnes & Noble, I ran into her one day amnd had the chance to tell her what an inspiration she has been in my life since 1967 or so. She's a beautiful lady.

Any kind of nut or peanut treat
I like cheese and cured meats but I don’t eat a lot of either. They affect my A1-C and other cholesterol levels
