I'm sorry to read that THE RECRUIT, which has been one of my favorite streaming series so far, with some of the most interesting characters I'd seen in this type of show, was canceled yesterday after just two seasons. (Apparently, even though their ratings for season 2 were good, they were too big of a drop from season 1.). Hoping some other outlet picks up THE RECRUIT, or that there's some resolution in some form (one-time movie, maybe in print) for what the creative folks wanted to happen with the characters.

For awhile now I have been complaining the Kindle seems to have an eBook monopoly on some books. Doing a bit of research they all seem to be from small publishing houses. Still, it surprises me as some of these authors are best sellers.I've seenFacebook pages on several of these authors and will go there to complain.

For the six books I self-published from 2013 to 2018, I found Amazon's Createspace to be particularly easy to use. I wonder if that ease of use makes people use Amazon.The two script books of LAST STARFIGHTER (one the age 12 and up version, the other the all-ages version), that were published by YouthPLAYS, used Amazon.
