John G., do you own the cookbook “Modern Southwest Cuisine”?

There are some wonderful recipes, and absolutely gorgeous photographs.

The book and the recipes are by Chef John Sedlar, whose restaurant in L.A., Saint Estèphe, was one of my favorites.

I took many cooking classes with him, and learned how to make dishes that looked like paintings.

I think you would really like it.
