In general, she's slowing down, but I think that that's just from natural aging, so as far as the surgery is concerned, she's doing really well.

my SIL and her first husband had British midland accents and their eldest daughter picked that up , she is her 40’s now, and it’s less pronounced but still vaguely British .

My nephew sounds more Canadian, but could easily be mistaken for a Midwestern American ,

My nieces three kids sound like their uncle and their Dad who comes from Saschatchawan

The reason we have Canadian relatives is because my SIL married an Irishman ( albeit raised in England) and they moved to Canada where they had their children.
