Bloomin' onion sauce:

1/2 cup mayo
2 T ketchup
1 T prepared horseradish
1/2 t granulated garlic
1/2 t smoked paprika
1/4 t ground cumin
1/4 t dried oregano
1/2 t kosher salt
1 t black pepper

Mix, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
