Larry is mentioned in this post by AlanScott on All That Chat.https://www.talkinbroadway.com/allthatchat_new/d.php?id=2619275re: wasn't it a dream of mcglinns to record the entire kern library? I believe those recordings, as well as the excellent recording of Herbert's Eileen and the complete Herbert songs set and the Herbert works for cello (not including the concertos, which have been recorded enough times, especially the second, that new recordings weren't really needed) were financed by or at least subsidized by another foundation, but then they lost interest in doing more or at least passed on doing more for some reason. Maybe they simply didn't have enough money to do more. Perhaps the Roberta was subsidized by a different foundation than the Herberts. I could check. Maybe I will later. In any case, Larry Moore, who occasionally posts here, was instrumental in putting together those recordings, and he was an associate of McGlinn's.
