Yesterday, around noon-thirty, Jen arrived with the new cart, and it is a beauty. It's maybe 2-3 inches wider than I would like, but it's quite sturdy, and it has the Annabelle seal of approval, and that's all that matters in thishousehold.

I ordered a book from ABE Books. The paclage arrived yesterday morning. I opened the package, and it's a copy of John Updike's novel Brazil, not the book I ordered. I checked the tracking number on the label; sure enough, it's the trackiong number ABE Books sent me with the order condirmation.

So, I had to contact the seller: yes, the buyer of Brazil did indeed receive my book, and the seller wants me to schlep to the post office and send my book to the actual buyer who will be sending my book to me. Only there's a Big Problem: who's taking this book to the post office for me? I will ask Jen, but I am sure that she won't be able to get to it before next week. The second problem is that, with her and Ann d for me, I hate to impose on them too often.
