For the TOD, so many of the classic comedians.  I'll. try to sort that out later.

Among the modern comedians, my recent favorite has been Jessica Kirson; I've only seen her on video, never live, but I really enjoy her comedy style.

Speaking of "The Eclectic Day":  I recall having a particularly wonderful dinner at a place called The Eclectic Cafe, just before seeing a concert presentation of a show at the El Portal Theatre, on my L.A. visit in 2002.

I did not sleep well with the usual aches and pains. Faithful Thatch stayed with me, and I think Stella came by at one point, but it was all in all a loudy night.
