The laundry is finished, but gettign there was sheer hell. When I headed out, I saw someone had left a package for me, so I thought, I'll open it now leave the contents and throw the packing material out when I'm in the basement. As I stood there like or fall down and die - Annabelle ran out and, unlike Stella who dawdled in front of the door, ran down the hall while I thought, I'm goiong mad! Two cats are trying to kill me.

As I stood there indecisively, Stella casually walked baartment while from somewhere in the building I could hear Annabelle bellowing at the top of her lungs. So, I pushed the walker to the elevator and had to decide, which floor? 5? 4? 2?

I decided to try 4, and sure enough, Annabelle stood in front of apt. 4C bellowing to get in. As soon as she she ran into the elevator and I pressed the button for 3. She ran out of the elevator andf back to 4C while I tried to hold open the closing doors while calling for her, She ran back into the elevator, but just as the doors closed, she ran out again.

Thanks Freddie. We don't really need the audio hookup until next week when we are beginning a bit of remodeling in our bathroom and have to live in our guest room while the work is being done.

While I wrestled with the walker and elevator doors, Annabelle sat in frotn of 4C telling at the top of her lungs. As I managed to get myself and the walker out of two crushing doors, Jacquie, my lovely neighbor stepped out of 4C and picked Annabelle up. I told her to put Annabelle on my shoulders, and she did. She then held the elevator for me, and Annabelle rode home on my shoulders, As soon as I set her down in front of the door to 3C and opened it, she couldn't decide if she wanted to go in or not. After all this, the laundry was a breeze.

He said he had to stop trusting himself to a point. If he saw a movie at 23 and really liked it, he probably would now. But at 15 or 16, isn't everyone an idiot? Why is a 65-year-old guy taking advice from a 15-year-old idiot?

Thanks, Jane!  But as far as I know, we only have access to the room (a 600-seat banquet hall) that one day.  I assume that we'll go in early in the morning, set up everything, do a test run and mic check, then give the one and only performance, strike everything and leave.

**I had posted about performing The HEAD!!! That Wouldn't DIE! in Seattle at the Worldcon.

I don't remember if you posted it.  I just looked up the location for this year.

We've been on the original Star Tours at Disney World MGM Studios, which was very much like the Body Wars at Epcot, but I needed to take a dramamine before riding either of those.

We haven't been to DisneyWorld since 2000.

I'm guessing his reaction will be the same as Keith's as DR Rodzinski's.

I never knew about the new version, which I guess is Star Tours – The Adventures Continue, which seems to be 3-D.

I doubt I will feel up to attending my bood group discussion tomorrow.  At least I should have finished reading the book, Be Ready When the Luck Happens by Ina Garten, by then.  It finally became available from the library and I began reading it yesterday.

I'm enjoying reading the book which I never would have read since I wasn't familiar with Ina Garten.

We have a Zoom chat at 11:00 with Keith's cousin then we need to make a special trip to the produce market that sells my goat yogurt.  Fred Meyer used to sell it and stopped awhile ago.

DR Elmore:

Forget the book. This is a madcap chase movie waiting to be made.

And yes, our cats try their damnedest to kill us. Mikey stops short of holding a leg out to trip someone, but he'll probably figure that out one day.

But I shouldn't even post that. For all I know, he can read.
