Had a really fun conversation with actor Barry Gordon, who you might remember from his childhood days - starred in A Thousand Clowns on B'way and in the movie, but began way before that - he's in The Girl Can't Help It briefly but memorably with Jayne Mansfield.

Topic of the Day:  growing up, I think my mom made either chocolate chip with walnuts (my favorite) or peanut butter cookies (probably next favorite) most often, but for store bought, I have always loved Oreos.

I really like the Oreo Cakesters, but I guess they really are small cakes rather than cookies.

I've found that I like the idea of them more than the actual cookie-cake.  They're certainly not bad, but for me they're just not quite right.

I got the photos posted okay, but they're showing up as big blank spaces - trying to fix that, but if you click within the blank spaces they do show up. Then you have to use your back button to go back to the notes. Hopefully, it will be fixed shortly. When they do these updates, then the security protocols change and have to be reset.
