DR DearReaderLaura - Maybe I missed it...  But what was it that had the potential to make this weekend a "train-wreck weekend"?  -If you care to share.

The minister had planned an entire weekend's worth of activities trying to get the neighborhood to come and hear a mediocre Hispanic band. The result was that one person came because he thought we were doing a free car wash -- and left when it wasn't. Expensive, time consuming, and useless -- as I knew it would be. He was rather humble this morning.

I'm going to pull the last part of a GRAND HOTEL and go . . . . to bed.

Good night, all.

The good news, though, is that two years after ripping up the floor in the dining room, my DH is installing the wood floor.

Don't know Sue England, but if you can get in touch with her, it would be nice to have her at the event, unless she's no longer with us, in which case she won't be there.

And see I was hoping YOU would find her at the event so that you could let her know that I want very much to interview her!!

As far as I know, she is still around...just don't know where!   :(

For the first time since July of '04, I am not in production, rehearsal, or even pre-production for a show!  No scripts to memorize, no characters to develop and inhabit, no rehearsals to drag myself to -- in other words, I officially no longer have a life.

No posts in over an hour.  What a revoltin' development this is.  Skammen.  Nothing but WUSSBURGERS.  Not even WUSSBURGERS but WUSSBURGERS WITH CHEESE.  When did we become a site on namby-pamby sleepyheads who WUSSBURGER out before ten o'clock my time?  We used to have fun and late-night sprees, and it was all just too too.

Who am I talking to?  I'm the only one in the jernt.  I shall now take my sweet time writing the notes, and when they'll be posted is anyone's guess.

I'm glad for that, DearReaderLaura!

DR George, I like the new picture.   :)

Thanks!  It's actually a picture that was taken a year and a half ago.

Yes!  I really enjoyed it.  Thanks!  I just started to listen to Sweeney on Thursday and I left them both at work, so I didn't get a chance to listen at all this weekend.  But I'll be able to finish it tomorrow. :)
