I do hope to see "Harry Potter" next week.

And, of course, I have a matinee to attend Saturday of "White Christmas" at San Francisco's Curran Theater.

I'll certainly be interested in reading your comments on both productions.

Headed downstairs for bed now.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the evening.

Good night!

After the Ball was also on the Footlight chart, but we've never been number one on the cast album chart until now.

The "Tacoma incident" has even made the radio news services here!

I thought GIGI was Dolby Digital 3.0; shows what I know!  :-[
I watched my second black and white movie for the weekend (yesterday was the magnificent DETECTIVE STORY), THEY DIED WITH THEIR BOOTS ON, which I admit that I had never seen.  I got quite teary-eyed during the last scene between Olivia and Errol.  For a film that's a trifle over two hours long, the time flew!  This may now be my second favorite Flynn performance - his Robin Hood is still my favorite.

BK - Actually, STAGES/TOGETHER AGAIN had to have charted high on the footlight.com cast recording chart at some point also.  I can't link it online at this point, but I have  a printout of a 90-day-period chart where STAGES/TOGETHER AGAIN was #13 out of 100 cast recordings over that whole 90-day period.  So it must have been in at least the top ten at some point during that time.  (I can send you a copy of the printout if you want it for Kritzerland's records.)

What in HELL is going on here?  I do feel everyone is sitting around on their complacent butt cheeks whilst none of us have very many excellent postings to read because of said complacency.  Oh, we'll hear the same thing - "I was too busy to post on the weekend, oh, I was doing this, oh, I was doing that" but that will not stop the bitch-slapping that will occur, oh, no, that will not stop the bitch-slapping that will occur.

And DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES had some laugh out loud funny moments tonight along with some touching scenes, too.

I enjoyed this a lot, too.  So, what's going to happen next with George and Bree??  That's what I really want to know!

And I just noticed...two shows on ABC on Sunday night have a character named George.  What a coinkydink! ;)

I guess there's just TOO TOO much happening on Sunday evenings for folks to pay the likes of us a visit.  All our late-night visitors have turned into WUSSBURGERS - not only WUSSBURGERS, but WUSSBURGERS WITH CHEESE.  And dear reader Jose has disappeared altogether.
