OH!...

And the cool thing about Border's was when I checked out, there were additional coupons printed out with the receipt.  One for 30% off a regular-priced book, and one for 30% off a regular-priced CD.  -They're only valid January 5-8.  Well... Since I made two trips to the registers, I have two of each coupon.  So...  Time to start making a list.

In all my Christmas shopping, I only hit Barnes & Nobel once to pick up a book and gift certificate for my brother-in-law and I didn't have much time to browse for myself.  I think that will be on tomorrow's agenda.

I think that this was the first Christmas in a long time that I did not ask for nor received any theatre related books.   Three books I did get were all comic strip related:  The Complete Calvin & Hobbes (a birthday gift, actually), the second Peanuts collection, and the first Dennis the Menace collection.  I've been dipping into each and love them all.

Grrrr--I was listening to DR Ben on that Welsh BBC radio show when all of a sudden the connection dropped and I can not re-establish it.  I guess they are being overwhelmed by all of us HHW'ers trying to connect to it.  I'll try again tomorrow.

And thanks for the link, DR George.

...And in just four weeks from today - or five depending how you count the weeks - I'll be boarding a plane to San Francisco, seeing LESTAT, and then getting back on a plane to DC!

Goodnight.

And in about five minutes, I'll be leaving my house to go to the house that I'm house-sitting.  Goodnight, all!

Ten-thirty and I'm the only one in the jernt.  I think you can see the problem.

Good working rehearsal, just stopping and starting as we went through act two.  It's getting better.  We're having some issues about the video shoot Friday night - my set designer, despite having known about this shoot for weeks, says it won't be ready on Friday night and that we should shoot on a real location.  I said that will not be happening and that he'll just have to do what he has to do to BE ready.

I'm listening to the soundtrack from "Finding Neverland"  Beautiful. I also play the soundtracks from "Motorcycle Diaries" and "The Chorus" quite often.  Last year was a good year.

At least I could make a top 10 for a change with CDs.
(I think!)
