Actually, he had a recurring role as Daniel's brother. He had had lunch with Daniel's wife and was overseen by the most gossipy woman in town who of course was going to start the rumor that they were sneaking around on Daniel.

Sorry you missed him.

Daniel's wife had been proposed to by Daniel's brother before she married Daniel, so there's that "past" between them the gossip is just bursting to revive.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Oh, c'mon!  When vaudeville comes back (and it will, dammit!), we can have you billed as Rexella, The Dancing Carrot Girl!  You'll be headlining the circuit!

We just need to get you some dancing rabbits.  A whole bunch of dancing rabbits!

Maybe Vixmom (aka "Dancing Carrot Girl") can "find" some dancing rabbits!  She found the dancing carrot, after all.

I haven't yet caught up, so I don't know if anyone has posted that Chris Penn (brother of Sean Penn) has died.

P.S.  I have now caught up and saw that DR MattH mentioned this last night.

My first question for ASK BK day:

What is your favorite R/H show?  Does it have your favorite R/H song?  What part in a R/H show would you like to play in a Broadway Revival?  What is the BEST production of an R/H show you have EVER seen?

I guess that's four questions!

now we have the chorus line....

and lovesick dogs....

and the world is much rosier in shades... ;)

By R/H I presume you mean Hammerstein, not Hart.  While some would say You've Gotta Have Hart, I'll stick with Hammerstein to answer your questions.  My favorite R/H show is Flower Drum Song, an outre choice, but there you are (I speak of its original version, although I don't mind some of Hwang's redo).

Yes, it has my favorite R/H song: Love, Look Away

I'm not sure there ARE any parts for me in an R/H show, unless it's Allegro or Me and Juliet, neither of which I know very well.

I enjoyed the revival of Carousel in certain ways, but I don't know that I've ever seen an A+ version of an R/H show.

The sun is trying to break through the haze.  Conversely, the haze is trying to break through the sun.  Who will win?

Soon I must shower and ready myself for my eleven o'clock meeting at Disney.

So you will be visiting the lot that Annette built!!

Did they film those serials (Spin & Marty, The Hardy Boys, Corky & White Shadow, Annette, etc) on the lot?

Talking to the Northwest Natural Gas lady and she told me that I might have to pay $2000 to get a gas line to my house, depending on what type of gas furnace is being installed  :o

On top of the $3700 for the furnace itself.

She is going to talk to the furnace man and get back to me....that is if my heart hasn't plum given out by then.

I posted viceferously and also at length ( ;D) about the tsuris I had been having on Wikipedia over the Frances Farmer article.  You must zone out selectively, perhaps when I am discussing Rexella.   ;)
