Watched another MURDER SHE WROTE episode from the DVD set. These are so entertaining. This one had for guest stars Warren Berlinger, Peter Haskell, Susan Anton, Genie Francis, David Ogden Stiers, Richard Kline, Marcia Wallace, and Jeff Conaway. Always an interesting mix of new and old faces on this series.

I enjoyed the gay cowboy bar side of WILL & GRACE tonight Leslie Jordan's Beverley Leslie is always welcome, and the audience just ate him up), but the Grace's new associate side of the show was repetitive and not especially funny.

Last night's OUT OF PRACTICE was laugh out loud funny, especially Ty Burrell's new girl friend who did sound effects with everything. Just hysterical.

Sad to say the ratings were not steller for this show's move to Wednesday night. It finished fourth in the time period with about half the number of viewers it commanded when it was shown at a later hour on Monday nights.

I won't have the photo of then for awhile. My mother is making a book for me of all the photos she has and that's one of them.  When I get it I'll post the photos.

Even lower in the ratings was COURTING ALEX, and this silly, insubstantial episode about Alex's jealousy over a couch her new boy friend once picked out with an old girl friend was just not funny. I believe this will be the last episode of this show I will watch. It just isn't getting any funnier to me, and there's no reason to continue watching.

I did enjoy the new episode of MY NAME IS EARL which aired at 9 p.m. Earl and company flashing back to Y2K and this misunderstandings about the world ending was funny and almost endearing at certain points. Randy, who adopted a plastic robot dog and called him "Biscuit," continues to be endearing.

And then I watched last night's CSI: NY. Two cases, one in a museum and one at a construction site, went through their enjoyable paces. I guessed one killer but missed the other.

One of the cases had to do with golf played in the city streets and site, sort of like kids playing stickball in the street! Amazing if this really takes place. It's so outlandish that it just HAS to be true.

And during commercials I did flip over and watch a few performances of the men's final at the world figure skating championships. I set the DVR to pick up the entire show when it's rebroadcast tomorrow morning at 3 a.m.

Long time, BK Peeps!

So, its not ASK BK day, but I'm curious... You once said that you'd love to do a cast album of 110 in the Shade.  With the Roundabout having scheduled it for next year (with Audra McDonald), what are the chances of that happening?

Back from the dress rehearsal.  I wish I could say that I got through it perfectly, but I had a few line fumfers, and just completely blanked once.  I think it really had to do with being in the wardrobe for the first time, and getting used to maneuvering the set.  We ran it three times, and the third time through I basically got it all, just not as smoothly as I'd have liked.  Matt and I will do a line-through at some point tomorrow and then what will be will be.

I'd love to do a cast album of 110.  I don't think it's feasable for Kritzerland at this time, but perhaps I'll put a bug in Harvey's ear when he gets home from the rehab place.

The one nice thing about a low-posting day:  It makes it easier for me to catch up on the HHW day after getting home form the office.  :)

I also got kicked off a couple of times trying to post - even wrote one that I forgot to save before I got boote dout.  But obviously, all is fine now.

I guess if Feydeau put a flea in her ear, BK can put a bug in Harvey's ear!

Oh, A Bug In Harvey's Ear should be the title to BK's next play!

Bk.... You're gonna be swell!
You're gonna have the world on a plate!

We're rooting for ya anyway!

No deceit from you! Oh no! ;)

I shall now be off to write a Sentencing Memorandum and a Motion for Downward Variance from the Guideline Range.  Such excitement. It's a copyright infringement case and the defendant was an eBay seller, so it is actually quite interesting.

Yikes, Cillaliz! I'm sure glad DR Sandra is so strict about citing things for the newsletter. She's keeping me out of jail, I guess.

Hello all, my brain is officially fried for the evening. I didn't finish what I wanted to get done, but I have it outlined.  I had to learn a lot on this one. I haven't had many copyright infringement cases. Be warned, the sentencing guidelines are not friendly to infringers.  Good news for those holding copyrights

I'm quite startled by how negative the most important LORD OF THE RINGS reviews have been, specifically the NY Times and the Toronto Star.

DR Laura, I thought of you the other day when I was shoveling. There was a cardinal way up in the top of the tree and it was singing away while I worked (it whistled while I worked) anyway, he was beautiful and I wanted to take a photo, but he was too far away
