Good night, George!
DR Elmore, I'm sorry to read that Rob Berman will not be conducting 1776. I'd especially looked forward to his guiding hand on that one.
And that Mr. Tunick is the chosen one for Cabin in the Sky, though I remember you saying that was fairly inevitable.

I did not know that Rob was not doing 1776! I haven't spoken to him ssince "Bright Star" moved to the Kennedy Center before Thanksgiving.
ASK BK
What do you think is the best Bio film you ever saw? Criteria: They got most of it right, characters are real (are not composites or did not exist to tell the story), events actually happened to them in chronological order, the subject is not white washed (i.e. being straight when they were gay) etc etc
My questions for ASK BK DAY:
Is anyone building a house on the Annette property yet?

I just read it in yesterday's CastRecL summary.
Wednesdaymorningafternoon greetings! I slept until almost 9am, which is very late for me, then spent the morning reading Sunday's New York Times. Must get myself together and get out to do some shopping of both the Christmas and grocery varieties.

The Sunday magazine had a feature on a local chef named Quealy Watson doing a cookout. Fun piece. Great photos.

I just looked it up. I delete more posts from Castrecl than I read. My friend Ben Whitely's going to conduct. Good for him.
Just pointing out the hotspots in Tacoma.
They are in the process of finishing a second Silver Cloud Inn on the waterfront. This one is at the opposite end of Ruston Way.
There's also the Brown & Haley Factory Store! :D
That is very true. Home of the Almond Roca.
George, I believe we have driven Jane and the birthday boy away from this site!
Good morning, all! I slept better last night than the night before, thank God. No major leg pains, no spectres, all seemed quiet.
Got a text from Dave. He's home and numb after the surgery. But all seems to have gone well, so thank you all for those HHW vibes.
He says he has to wear a turban-like bandage for a couple of days, so I probably won't see him until Saturday.

Perhaps Matthew should just move to LA.
I am a big Edward G fan so I am glad to know the truth regarding him and not how "Trumbo" will portray him.
My need to give up theatre is growing more an more strong as each day processes. I'm not cut out for the dog eat dog, clique forming, back stabbing, "let's play theatre" attitude of the theatre world in the bay area. So, my decision will be to quietly to less and less.

Well, a little earlier this afternoon, I had my evaluation from my supervisor and she gave me a pretty good evaluation.
So, they're letting me stay. :)

Is that at your end of the waterfront, where Keith & I walked prior to meeting you and George for lunch?
From DR George:QuoteThere's also the Brown & Haley Factory Store! :D
My eyes about popped out when I read this. Do they offer tours?

January is probably not the best time for sightseeing.

I believe they do. They also have a shop where they sell misshaped Mountain bars and deformed Roca pieces.

Building the big hotel near you.
We had a break in the rain today.
Condos? I thought it was an inn/hotel.
I thought a car had run into the building.
Back from a great show, our best holiday show ever and we've had some GREAT holiday shows.
Welcome George and Amy!
But not together.
I guess I waited too long to shop online.
Well, I'm off to the one and only rehearsal for TAO's "Words, Words, Words." I'm late! :o
Be back later!

I believe the condos start at a quarter of a million bucks!
We had a break in the rain today.
So did we, and it wasn't too cold. It was a beautiful night for a boat parade.

More about that in the notes.
I should go see CHRISTMAS STORY this weekend, but I think I will vegg-out instead.
