We watched THE SEVEN FACES OF DR. LAO last night.
Two friends, Barbara Eden and the late John Ericson, were in it.
I hadn't seen it since the mid-1960s when it was first released. Enjoyed it...except for the stupid stuff with the dragon at the end.
Tony Randall was excellent.
I just spoke with Suad about the food delivery, and we are going to cancel it now and pick it up again once the surgery dates are definitely set.
I have made reservations for a state park on Friday, so I can go bird watching and chill out in nature. I need to pack my binoculars, a lunch and some chance to meditate (which is a fancy word for an afternoon nap).
Today, I'm going to attempt to wake up at a more or less normal, regular time. I also need to check in with my work to see if there's anything that I can/need to do. I know we're not ordering anything, but there still might be other things that I can do. I also really need to go through my e-mails. I started on Friday and worked on them for about three hours :o but I still have a ways to go.
I was sorry to read in a Castrecl email this morning that Twilight Time is shutting down. There are several titles I'd like to get while they are still available, but I have no money at the moment.
Regarding George’s post last night, I was fortunate to see Robert Yacko in the lead role in “Sunday In The Park with George” in Long Beach in October, 1986.
He was fabulous!
In 1990, I returned to Long Beach to see the musical “Chess”.
Robert Yacko was wonderful as Anatoly.
Jodi Benson was Florence, and I believe Ann Morrison was Svetlana.
Cool today....in the fifties and maybe a bit of rain. And that's okay.
I have nothing to say and I’m exhausted
Had cajun food from some jernt - a chicken po' boy and mac-and-cheese - the po' boy was impossible - no way to eat it was a sandwich. It was okay tasting, but it's drizzled with remoulade, which is stated and which is fine, but they did NOT state that they then globbed on mayo all over the bread, and that made me want to gag. I ate about a third of it with a knife and fork avoiding the mayo. The mac-and-cheese tasted weird - I ate half and gave up. I hate when my main meal is lousy, so I think I'll stick to the jernts I know.
Twilight Time died long ago, concurrent with the death of its heart and soul. It's really that simple. They released what had already been done and approved by Nick, after his death, and they have released NOTHING since. The only thing they've been doing for the past eleven months is having sales and trying to get rid of stock. Why this is a surprise to anyone is interesting to me. Nick's partner did none of the work that Nick did. When Nick passed, his partner shut Julie Kirgo, Nick's WIFE, out of the company. That was the end right there. Their fellow worker Mike would not be equipped to do what Nick did.
One-person plays can also be done online as a fundraiser.

It's raining right now, here in Tumwater, and has been for a while.
This was posted on YouTube a couple of weeks ago, and I saw it on Facebook today, so some may have already seen it, but it's pretty cool. It's Into The Woods In Quarantine (https://youtu.be/O23fBaYp28U)!
I could just close out the day now and start the new day at midnight. Seems like it wouldn't make much of a difference.
During this particular stay at home thing, for me this site and a plethora of posts to read is what makes it less irritating and stultifying. So, really, let's get off our lazy butt cheeks and get some postin' goin' on. I has spoken.
I got through more of my work e-mails...still not done, though. ::)

Can’t you read your work emails on your home computer?
Don’t tell Trump you can do that, or he will change Election Day to Christmas Day.
Amazon, Mr. Curmudgeon, is actually sticking to schedules much more now than two weeks ago.
Does this mean we will be receiving refunds on our Prime Memberships?
When do you go back to actual work, George?
Good night, George.
