George Wyle was the musical director and Wisa D'Orso was the choreographer. The rest of the production staff of Jimmy Durante Presents the Lennon Sisters, have not been made known on IMDB.

Last night I was looking at the Netflix movies you can play instantly and decided to get the player - Roku or Reku or whatever the company is. I guess you can do it with Xbox 360 and some of the blue-ray players, but I don't see me getting that anytime soon and this player is a lot cheaper. It will be interesting to see how well it works.

The book signing went very well.

One person I met has been a "fan" for years because of my 1-woman Carole Lombard play. She's going to push to get it staged in an Austin theater.

Steve and I are back from some "sight-seeing" as it were. We ventured out to the "fashionable" Far West End of Richmond to take a look at all the new stores and offices and housing developments out there... $:-\$ I liked it better when most of those roads were two-lane, country roads - and that was not that long ago.

*And after hearing about the "Gorgeous!" new Whole Foods Market that just opened, well, I was kind of disappointed in it. It's a nice place to shop, but I think the WFM people sorely underestimated just how many people would end up shopping there and how many different "food stations" should have been set up in-store. In this case, bigger would have been better.

I got a latte at the one near our house. Apparently they don't get many orders for espresso drinks, because the whole operation took about 20 minutes. I guess there is something to be said for Starbucks...

I'm not a gamer and really don't have an interest in that. I decided I would most likely just use it to watch movies, so I decided to buy the cheaper netflix viewer. Apparently Amazon is going to be doing rentals soon that you can download to the player too.

Time to cook. My M-I-L is in the hospital and so I'm making dinner so my DH will have something waiting when he gets home. I didn't go to the hospital today because there were already 4 all day visitors: the "kids" and my F-I-L. We're not exactly sure what's wrong, erratic blood pressure and probably a lot of things adding up to her not feeling well.

We planted lettuce in the fall and I decided that now is the time to enjoy it!

Exactly when did Las Vegas become a legit travel destination? Back when I was a travel agent (Chris Columbus couldn't figure out which cruise ship to take, so he took all three), Las Vegas and / or Reno were practically throw away package trips to sell. They were so cheap, that we didn't make any money off of them. Now, round trip air and four nights in a lower class hotel is over $600.00.
