And...

As I was walking through Times Square earlier, I noticed that The Ice Heart was set up near the TKTS booth.  And then as I was trying to take a pic of The Ice Heart, I noticed a young man get down on one knee in front of his girlfriend, take out a ring box, and...

Well, I think you can figure out the rest of the story from the above picture.

In iTunes, the genre of music that the 1984 cast recording to The Boy Friend is listed under is...ROCK!  What's that all about??

“I play great music. People like the music I play. But it’s funny because my father would not have thought about music for me. But I do. I think I have an ear for music. They play a note, like on the piano, and then I remember it to this day. And then they’d ask you other questions, and then they’d play notes later on, and they’d say, ‘Which is the note we played from one hour ago?’ And I’d, like, get it right, I guess.”

Very nice picture, Jose. Perfect timing!

It was kind of funny watching him try to place the ring on her finger. -Which he did only after she said, "Yes!", and got back on his feet. It took a little while since both of their hands were shaking from the frigid cold. :)

There are some truly strange mis-categorizations on/in iTunes.  I remember a Classical Vocal recital being listed as "Alternative".

*I also like(?) how the cover art for Lone Star Love or the Stokes revival of Man of La Mancha seems to be the default artwork for a slew of albums.
