Okay, now Crystal Light is a powder that you mix with water.  So, if you drink Crystal Light, you are, of course, drinking more water.

Woah, it's the DR TCB show.  Sorry to interrupt.

The relatives have arrived and are rather tired, so it's going to be a low key day.  Good thing as tomorrow we leave at 5:00am for LA and Disneyland.

I think I understand what they are saying.
If  women drank 5 glasses of water a day without crystal light, then women who drink crystal light will drink 6 glasses of water a day. That is supposing that those women did not drink water prior to drinking water with crystal light.
