I'm really glad I have tomorrow off. The weather is going to be crappy - rain, sleet then snow - and I haven't done anything around the house.  SO, I'm going to clean , and cook, something really good for dinner.

I'm reading the blog...finally a performance I've seen, and just recently.  Claire Danes as Temple Grandin. :)

I personally would have given one of the detectives on THE CLOSER the award over Colfe.  Were they even nominated?

GOLDEN GLOBES SPOILER

Chris Colfer grabbed the Golden Globe for best supporting actor in a TV series

That should be the end of the viewing for Jrand.

;D  Who was he up against?

Scott Caan – Hawaii Five-O
Chris Colfer – Glee (FOX)
Chris Noth – The Good Wife (CBS)
Eric Stonestreet – Modern Family (ABC)
David Strathairn – Temple Grandin (HBO)

These people were competing against each other?  Modern Family is a comedy & Temple a movie.  I'm confused.

George, was your breakfast vegetarian, meaty, or vegan?

Vegetarian...I had real eggs and cheesy grits.  The chili over the eggs was meatless and very good.

I have not seen Hawaii-Five O.  Out of those choices mine would be Eric Stonestreet.

I saw a better photo of Sandra Bullock & her hair wasn't too dark.  It had pretty auburn highlights & I liked it.

The award was for:

Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television

They throw all of the supporting people together.

Is anyone watching the Globes tonight?

I am.  I got home after it started. though.  I went to my sister's to help attach a shoe cabinet to a wall (she put it together!) but her baseboard (it's about 5˝ inches tall) is too tall for the cabinet to fit over it, so we had to put 1-inch cut dowels under the front legs so that it would clear the baseboard.  Here's a picture of the cabinet.  Notice how it only has legs in the front:

Okay, so here's a picture of Christina Hendricks with Johnny Depp in the background.  He has an aura around him...what's that all about??

I'm glad I can post here. I can see FB now but I can't comment there.  I still can't get into my email.  Keith can get it on his computer so we are ok.
