I went out to lunch today, north of Everett, to the Tulalup Casino.  It is a beautiful property, looking more like it belongs in Las Vegas rather than in Marysville, Washington.

I think I would go with the okra fritters, possibly with jalapeno jelly.

The Tulalup had an excellent buffet.  I ate way too much, but I saved enough room for some tasty desserts.

The exra spicy was my own fault.  The chef said their chili sauce was wonderful, so i got carried away.  Thank heaven for Gas X.

Well, I went to Costco and bought a gallon of olive oil, two packages of batteries, and something else I can't remember right now. Then my son called, and we went for a sandwich. Then we went back to Costco to get something for him. Then we came home, and after Sandra fixed herself some tater-tots, she saw that we had no ketchup -- so I made some.
