Very busy and very long day. Good day. Just long. Had to go back to the office tonight to write a brief. Tomorrow I have a very big sentencing. It's a case I've worked very hard on. Don't know exactly what the judge is going to do, so I'm a bit worried about it. I also have to proof and edit the brief I wrote then organize the exhibits and get that all filed. Then, about 5:00 or so, I should be off work until Monday

Back from a bowl of chicken soup - didn't finish it as it's very filling but amazingly calorie-friendly. If I felt a bit better I might do a second jog.

Feeling very bloated from all the liquid and feel like I've gained ten pounds back, but I'm sure that will all be gone by morning.

We had to replace the sick cast member - our very own Robert Yacko has been such a sport about stepping in at the last minute - he'll do two of the three songs and Shelly Markham will do the other, so we're covered and we don't have to cut anything. It's performers like Robert who make me happy to be doing what I'm doing.
