Thank you DR Ginny.  I wish Portland had enticed him from Chicago, but alas it waited too long to offer more interviews.  I really don't think there was much there to begin with.

Chicago is a nice city and I have family & friends there.  Of course I only want to go during the nice weather times.

Listened tonight to Brian Setzer's Christmas Comes Alive. Big band arrangements rocking out the joint. Very cool. And fun.

We watched the Reginald Owen version of Christmas Carol today. Mom's reaction was interesting: the movie was so Hollywood that she didn't buy it that the Cratchitts were poor. Their clothes were too nice.
