I had a busy day.   Last night I was thinking of everything I had to do today, and made a list. Something I don't normally do for around the house stuff

pay the bills   sort of check, paid the ones that needed to be paid right now. Will deal with the others tomorrow

That was the majority of the list.  I did have go to the grocery store on the list because that's what we do whenever there is a winter storm warning.  We all go buy bread and milk even if we have bread and milk because....well that's what you do.   But, I took one look at the parking lot of the grocery store and decided that I have enough bread and milk to get through to Wednesday

We're only expecting 6-9 inches of snow over 24-36 hours, but we're close to the 10-12 inch area and Tuesday the winds will pick up.  On top of that I live on a low priority street for snow removal, so...I'm thinking I'll be working at home.  I do have a phone hearing Tuesday morning, so unless that's cancelled, I will be trekking in to the office by then

I am sort of looking forward to it because I love snow storms, but I'm not looking forward to it because I'm ready to go back to work.  I've been to the office a couple times over the past few days, but I've been home most of the time for the past 5 days and am ready to get back out in civilization for awhile.

I have that anthology of musicals, also.  The best part is, if I remember correctly, they're all the original scripts...no revised versions.

Flute Choir rehearsal was nice.  We're playing more difficult music this year - one is a Nutcracker thing - anyway, we've been working a lot more than usual and we're sounding the best we have in a long time.  We play next Sunday for a local Lutheran Church's Bethlehem revisited.  We play 20 minutes, then the angels talk and then we play 20 more minutes.  I'm very glad I went back to flute choir.  I play alto flute on everything but the Nutcracker (I play C flute on that) and I love it.  There aren't very many places to play an alto, I feel very lucky to have a flute choir to play in

I do not miss concert band.  The flute choir members are great.  We enjoy each other and laugh a lot. People were snarky in concert band.  I don't need that

It is sad how stupid this Castle season is.  The ratings have drpped and I will not be surprised if the show is canceled.

I can't remember if I've seen the latest episode.  I haven't specifically enjoyed the fact that Castle and Beckett are separated.  Hopefully, they'll at least get back together sooner rather than later.

Why do I have to listen to post game on tv before I get my local news?  Seriously, if you watched the game, you know what happened in the game, if you didn't watch the game, you probably don't care what happened in the game.

Tomorrow morning the electrician is coming to change a light switch, so I was planning to work at home in the morning anyway.  Now that the snow storm is supposed to be getting bad late morning to noon, I'm glad I scheduled it when I did

I liked that they got married, but this season has them separated already and working on totally different things, and that's not too interesting.

During the last concert I was in, someone made a comment, what it was I don't remember, but I suddenly thought "I don't have to be here"  and decided in that moment to leave at least until January.  Now I'm thinking that I won't be there in January either.

The fun thing with flute choir is that one of our members married the principal oboe of our symphony and now he plays with us and sometimes directs and we really sound a lot better with his advice.  He has a conflict so he won't be playing with us until January.  I'm looking forward to that

It's only just after 9:00 pm and everyone has gone to their respective bedrooms.  It's weird.  It'only 9:00 and both today and yesterday at this time, I am (and was) very tired.  I don't know if it's that I'm doing too much that's different than what I normally do, or that I haven't had ANY carbonated beverage since Friday morning. 

It is a puzzlement.

DR TCB two days in a row we have been told to go to the glass museum.  Yesterday we were also told to go to the bridge of glass.  Would we want to do that in January?

Jane, the bridge of glass connects downtown Tacoma with the Glass Museum.  They are kind of a package deal.
