I do not miss concert band.  The flute choir members are great.  We enjoy each other and laugh a lot. People were snarky in concert band.  I don't need that

That's an important aspect of any socializing.  Who wants to deal with that kind of stuff.

During the last concert I was in, someone made a comment, what it was I don't remember, but I suddenly thought "I don't have to be here"  and decided in that moment to leave at least until January.  Now I'm thinking that I won't be there in January either.

Being with family at holidays always wears me out. Whether we are busy or not, I'm always tired at the end of the day

It ould also be that the matress that I'm sleeping on is not very comfortable...even though it's directly on the ground and much better than being on the hide-a-bed frame.
