I got word today that I get to usher the Robert Plant concert in March. There was a lottery to see who would be allowed to work it. The last lottery I entered, for Paul McCartney, didn't work out for me.

Back from a surprisingly decent show after four nights off, in spite of one cast member being sick as a dog but showing up and going on. We mercifully cut her number ("I Speak Six Languages"), which worked fine since she couldn't have gotten a note out anyway. She probably has strep, and there's someone standing by in case she can't make it the rest of the weekend.

I had a bunch of things to do today so I thought I might not be able to finish it before tomorrow, but fortune smiled on me and I kept getting chances to return to it.
