They have four seatings, each for 12 people. The first seating is at 5:00 p.m. , followed by 6:30, 8:00, and finally at 9:30.

The loquat chutney has been bottled. It was not complicated but getting the ingredients ready and mixed together took about two hours. I took a taste and it was good, but I think it'll be better after a few days.
