Well, you've read the notes, the notes were stupid, and now it is time for you to post until the stupid cows come home.

Interesting notes on La La Land. I got the feeling of not expecting too much when I read the reviews and they were more about style than substance. I'm still looking forward to seeing it.

Do any of you readers know the works of Cathie Pelletier? She writes about Maine. Well, her novels generally have a Maine setting.

TOD:

I just finished reading Esther Williams' autobiography (THE MILLION DOLLAR MERMAID), which I really enjoyed.

TOD from yesterday:
I'm not sure how I forgot to read yesterday's notes. Anyway, I never see movies in the theater so any movie I see on TV is years and years old. But there are several newer TV shows I like. My new favorite dramas this year are "Designated Survivor" and "Timeless". There were no new good sit-coms for 2016 unfortunately.

DR VIXMOM - sorry your day was so bad......but the things you indicate seem to be the norm now instead of the exception.  When just a few people were irritating and self-serving and disrespectful, one could deal with it.  When it seems to be the majority, it's difficult to get through the day.

DR DRUXY - I think Ms. Williams' book was proven to contain many 'embellishments' and 'prevarications' most of which are obvious.

I wouldn't know about that.  But, it was a good read.
