Those of us of a particular age, can remember exactly what we were doing 54 years ago when he heard a certain news from Dallas.

I remember coming into the living room and seeing my mom watching tv and crying  and I rember watching the funeral procession

I am the same age as Caroline and my brother and John Jr were the same age I couldn't understand why someone would shoot someone's Daddy

I sorta remember the Blood Brothers kerfuffle.

The notes were quite beautiful.  I completely missed The Partridge Family, and I honestly cannot remember ever seeing David Cassidy in anything.  I do send his friends, fans, and family my condolences.

DR Laura, you were right about the cage being opened too soon.

Thatch has been locked up again.  Annabelle will ignore him for hours, then jump in, put the scruff of his neck in her mouth and try to drag him.  He hisses and claws but he's not really fighting back.  As soon as he can escape her, rather than belting her good, he shrinks back into one of the litter boxes and crouches there.  He needs a bath at the moment because anything loose in that litter is sticking to his coat.

I'm really having no problem with the syringe and the Clamavox.  It's putting the salve into her eyes that's really an ordeal.

My HMO, for reasons I still don't understand, has required me to see a visiting nurse once a year for maybe the past 4-6 years.  So, today at 11:45 the nurse is showing up.  What I find ridiculous is, if they want my records, I see my GP four times a year as well as an ophthalmologist and podiatrist, and those records are on line.

To me, it's a waste of my time and theirs and their money.

As soon as this is over, I must get to a liquor store and buy wine for tomorrow's dinner.
